Description
A mixture of liquid asphalt and fibers which forms a tough, durable adhesive bond with most roof surfaces. Highly resistant to water and other types of weather damage. Seals small cracks, joints, seams, and nail holes.

Uses
Metal Roofs, Built-Up Roofs, Roof Felts, Concrete Roofs, and Concrete Foundations

Directions
Clean Surface - Clean surface with brush or broom, removing all loose sediment and dirt. Nail down any loose parts. Repair any leaking or weak areas with SealBest Roof Cement and SealBest Reinforcing Fabric repair material.

Applying Roof Coating - Stir pail thoroughly. Do not dilute. Coat entire surface area with SealBest Asphalt Fibered Roof Coating. For best results, apply a uniform coating with roofing brush when surface is dry. One coat provides year round protection.
